Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. The goods received have quality problems. Please take a picture of the product and send the picture to us (we resend the order)
2.The received product model/size/color is incorrect, please take a picture of the product and send the picture to us (we resend the order)
3. Items returned must remain unused in their original packaging. And with all labels, unused, unworn, unwashed, etc.We can accept your return, but you need to bear all shipping costs.
BMLIN will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
2. Goods that have been washed, worn, used or destroyed by humans.
3.The outer packaging is damaged, but the quality of the shoes is not affected, because express delivery has uncontrollable factors.
4.The size or style you ordered is wrong.
5.If the package intercepted by China customs we will resend, but we will not responsible for packages intercepted by Foreign customs.
Notes:All return requests need to contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email to obtain the shipping address. Otherwise, we will not accept returns and exchange requests.
6.We will not responsible for the situation that package destroyed because of customer unsigned package because of local taxes or some other reasons.
Returns Process & Time-Frame
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:
1. If your item can be returned (see above), please contact our customer service and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2.Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with our return address.
3.Please return the item according to the requirements of the customer service, and send us a return certificate in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will contact you via whatsApp or Email,and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
